TAIJI PUSH HANDS COMPETITION RULES Arnold Battle of Columbus MARTIAL ARTS WORLD GAMES 2022
The Arnold Battle of Columbus 2022 will feature two styles of Taiji Push Hands competitions, Fixed Step and Moving Step Push Hands:
- Fixed Step Push Hands: Feet must be firmly planted on the floor
- Moving Step Push Hands: Feet are allowed to move in a stepping fashion
