1 Coach and Video Passes also valid as two day spectator pass.
2 Coaches must attend orientation session to accompany contestants to ring.
 
LIABILITY WAIVER
I hereby submit my form to the Battle of Columbus Martial Arts World Games 2010 Event. I agree to waive all claims against any person connected with this event for injuries I may sustain and assume full responsibility for all my actions in connection with said event. I understand there and rules and regulations associated with the event and I will abide by said rules and regulations. I also understand that any pictures and videotape of me participating in said event may be used without compensation.
